6X8 door speakers? WTF - 1/1/2006 5:42:52 PM    06TRIBBY   Posts: 18 Joined: 1/1/2006 Status: offline What was ford thinking when they decided to put in 6x8 speakers all the way around anyway does anybody know where i can get a set of speaker plates to make a 6 1/2 fit into the 6x8 opening? i tried ebay and nothing and my mazda stealership has nothing but stock 6x8's Post #: 1

That is what I have done in the past. The best place to look is if you have a good car stereo speciality shop in your area. If so, call or go in and ask them to make you what you need.
