Hello all,
Hows your Sunday going?   I caught a trouble light yesterday, nothing seems out of order, I did let the fuel tank get pretty low and the book shows that this could set it off???. I thought I had read something in here a while back about resetting the light, does anyone know anything about this?
Thanks
Brent

Are you implying that when you filled the tank the trouble light stayed on?  If so, you should take it to you dealer, unless it is out of warranty.  From what I read here, your dealer will eventually fix it.

Check to make sure the gas cap is tighened correctly. Click it several times to be sure. This has been the cause of many o' CEL's that ppl could not understand.
Also, make sure the oil dipstick is in all the way.
If the CEL still does not go away, disconnect the battery for approx ten minutes and reconnect.  Turning on electrical use items such as the ignition, brake lights, headlights, etc will help to drain and reset the system. You will lose your trip-odometer setting and radio presets, as well as the clock.  If that is important to you, be sure to write them down before....

Ok thanks. By the way, I got 18.4 mpg on my first full tank, have learned how to better drive the CX7 for mileage, we'll see how this tank goes
