I was just wondering if anyone knew how much boost a stock 20B can handle.

that depends on what you mean by handle. the motor will handle a decent amount of boost, but will be less reliable and streetable at a certain point. i know people that are running 15-20 psi on a 13b and they are fine. it will shorten the life of their engines though.

If the engine has other Apex seals (3mm instead of the 2mm) it will handle the 20psi like nothing.

Keep in mind that you need to add fuel as you increase boost.  The stock ECU is only able to keep up with around 11lbs of boost.  Stock pattern is 10-8-10.  At very high levels you'll need bigger injectors and bigger fuel pump upgraded ignition and on and on and on...

I saw your other post and it looks like you have an upgraded intercooler so you might already have an aftermarket ECU.  If you do make sure you get tuned for your boost level.  If you start upping boost without you probably break apex seals and trash many expensive things.  I don't think the stock twins will put out 20lbs.  I'm thinking 15-17 if I remember right.  They won't last as long at a high boost level either.  Most people go single to get up that high.
