Custom Stereo in Mazda 5

BCNorth -> Custom Stereo in Mazda 5 (3/30/2008 9:16:41 AM)

Hi Again,

My next question is regarding replacing the stereo - head unit and speakers. has anyone done this? Are there any dash kits that allow for this to be done easily? I hate these multipart car stereos that make replacement a pain, but I am sure there must be options available.

I know that you can get wiring harnesses to retain steering wheel controls etc - also curious to see pics of anyone with custom stereo installed.

Thx.

Seriously? has nobody replaced the stock stereo in their mazda 5's? Anyone? And if you have, any photos?

You can also use the JL Audio Clean Sweep. It let's you keep the factory unit but give you crossover and equalization capabilities along with preamp connections. It runs about $299
