I need to replace the fuel pump, because it works intermittently, so where is the relief valve? The fuel system is normally under pressure; where is the valve located? I cannot find a repair manual for my 2000 MPV, so I appreciate any and all responses.

The only relief/check valve I am aware of is in the fuel recovery system. Usually if the vehicle has sat for a few days, most of the pressure is relieved. Or simply crack a line and release the pressure slowly that way. Protect your eyes and use a drain pan.
