hey everybody just purchased a fully loaded cx-7(except no nav system) what can i do to it performance wise any suggestions would be helpful...thanks in advance!

Hey!!  Congrats, pk44!!  Should be a nice ride for you.  And welcome to the forum too!

The Speed guys are putting on bigger/better top mounted inter-coolers... which BTW by rights should be called after-coolers.
Or a front mount if you're willing to do some plumbing and spend a little more?

Sorry for the long delay, but check out CorkSport.com.  They have FMIC's and TMIC's for the MS3, perhaps they can offer some suggestions for your CX also.
I'm sure someone is offering something for the CX.
