Hi....we have a 1997 Mazda Protege DX. I replaced the headlamp bulbs eight months ago with Sylvania Silverstars. A couple of days ago the low beams just quit (at the same time) one day they worked, the next, nada. I checked the fuse(s), they are fine. I hate to take it in for servicing, if I can fix it myself, although my experience is limited. Can some one please advise? Thanks in advance Anthony

Do the old lamps work, and do you still have them? Put them back in and see if they work. If not, use a meter to determine if you have power at the lamp socket. Might be a relay.
