My van is broke, I can't find a manual anywhere! I left a post regarding code P1602 nobody replies. But I see other people get replies, What gives?. I feel like pushing this pile down a cliff! I really need help, Please!!!

P1602 Immobilizer/ECM Communication Error
What about unplug "-" wire from battery and take out/clean_with_contactcleaner/plug_back all cables from car computer? Plus, unplug/clean all connectors which you can find.
