hell yeah, thanks for the help got it off check it out. I drained the coolant out of the cylinder and everything. I am goiong to do the timing belt while I am at it. So any advice on that would be great too

Make sure you dry and oil those cylinder walls after removing the coolant or will have some rust/pitting and increased ring wear. Am assuming that a new head is being installed and new cam seals will be used but make sure you replace the crank seal as well. With oil like that the seal will be fried. Did you disconnect the t-belt return spring from its anchor before cranking the tensioner bearing back to remove the belt? That spring is very weak and will overstretch easily and will not provide good t-belt tension if has been damaged from overextending. Can't think of anything else at the moment outside of doing a full check of things while all is apart. Best time to check for any other damage or weakness while all is apart.

cool thanks for the advice, I will go pick up the stuff today from the dealer. Thanks a bunch, your advice helps me a lot.
