So how close to "Hummer" spec are you going? 4w independent suspension, portal axles, etc? Or are you going the solid axle F/R routine. 4-links/coilovers work very well on solid axle applications. The Green EB has 14" Front travel, 22" rear. The long wheelbase of the Hummer could yield HUGE travel #'s.

sory for the late response
I’m building this truck as a daily driver also as a trailer puller, I plan on purchasing a 25’ camping trailer, I’m looking at building a car hauler trailer also.
The truck is base on the stock Ford frame and suspension I used a stock F250 TTB HD44 front (converted to coil) and the back I used a DANA60 out of a E250 van. It is 4wheel drive, it will be power by a 5.8 (351) automatic.

Those TTB front ends can get some nice travel as well. Those components should hold up fine as a DD. You'd start breaking the front end if you wheeled it very hard though. What size tires? I'd recommend not going much larger than a 35" dia tire to avoid undue stress on the D44 TTB.

I've heard the Painless wiring harnesses are quite good. With all of the Ford parts you are using, you should also check out

yep, i'm planning on not going over 35" tire, as you said not to stress the D44 but also i want to kept the rotating weight to a minimum

Painless is definitely in my scope, I also got the complete harness from both donor truck
The E250 van harness seem to be the best one of the two but I’m still reluctant to use 12 year old wires
