Hi everybody, new to this type of thing...just bought a 94 MX-3, going to try to learn how to do repairs on my own. Hopefully this forum will be helpful! The car's in pretty good shape but has a few minor issues. I LOVE the fuel economy!! (compared to my other vehicle, an 03 Dodge 1500 with a 360, haha)

Does anyone know of an online manual (preferably free) for this model? I4 engine, btw. I've searched lots, but can only find stuff for 95's which don't really seem to match up...my main concern at this moment is changing the alternator and a/c + p/s belts, and the diagrams for the 95 isn't what I see under the hood.

Looking forward to replies!!! ;)

I'm the owner of a newer Mazda and am notaware of the online manbual from which you speak.  There si a site which offers repair info on all csars, but is a subscription kind of a thing who's name/address eludes me now though it is common to those in-the-business.
But hey!! Welcome to these forums just the same and I hope some of our members can help you with your selected project too.
And even though I'm a 3 owner, who knows? Maybe I'll be able to answer some of your questions too?

Thanks for the welcome! Had to bring my car into a shop to get the belts changed, the weather turned a bit cold (understatement of the year, it's now -40 here!!!) so i figured I should hurry up and get it done...now it's parked until the weather warms up. Supposed to be only -20 by next week. Almost tropical!

Ah... where the hell are you, Alaska??  Antartica?

BTW: Alldata.com is the site I was referring to but couldn't remember.  It just might be the best $$$ you've ever spent!?!?
