ORIGINAL: virgin1 The Rolling Stones - Start Me Up. I HATE that song. Between the hype surrounding it when it came out (speaking of Rock''''s inherent hype,) and the fact that radio played it over and over, and over, and over.... I could live out the rest of my life not hearing that one again and not miss it at all. I wasn''t around for that hype... Living Colour - Cult of Personality.

Now there''s an album I''ve sunk my teeth into more than once. I usually keep that CD in the car. One of my favorites. I saw them live near "the end," their dreaded third album, though I thought the second one was the worst personally. None the less, they kicked ass. Vernon is a talent, but a very very eccentric one. He''s in his own world doing his own thing.

I know you are just trying to challenge my brain with that answer. That''s good, and I did have to look that one up. I learned something new today. Having done that I have to agree. Vernon Reed and Jean-Michael seem to have a lot in common... except that as far as I know Vernon is still around... somewhere.(?) Cleaning wheels and rotating tires - Richard & Virgin1
