Hi everyone. New member based in South Wales here.

I have a yr-2000 Demio. Not much info on this forum or indeed the whole internet for my car! I would like to carry out a service and would like a list of parts required and possibly a service schedule. There's not one with my car. It's only done 34,000 miles. I don't think the timing belt has been changed yet - does it need to?

Can anyone help please?

Thanks!

Woooo.  Dangerous subject for a car w/o information.  Ah well, I'll play.

Nope.  I lied.
Can you give us more info to go on?  The car/engine/tranny/your driving conditions/local weather/pictures, etc.....?

yupp. they have some sweet JDM body kits for them too.

a quick search tells me that your car will either have a 1.3L or a 1.5L engine.
have you tried looking around at your dealership at all???

we cant really help you at the moment until you tell us some more specs on your car.
altho around here, the maintenance seems to be pretty much the same for every car.

OK thanks!

Its a 2000 Demio 'Escape' 1.5ltr petrol, manual transmission. I'm based in 'sunny' (not) South Wales, UK. The car is used for a couple of miles a day - school runs etc. Sorry, no pics. Car's too ugly to be recorded on film permanently - yes it's the boxy one!. Shame really 'cos it's a great runner!
