a freind of mine has a 99 b3000? that she rolled , the air bag went off , they cut it out then stuck the flap back in place now the horn wont shut off, is this normall or did they jam something together. any thoughts on how to get the horn to work normall agan. right now we have the fuse pulled but she wants her horn back.
