As said on The Price is Right "Come on down!". I could not handle that crazy cold up north. Summer does get about 100-105 degrees in late July and August. But not everyday though. If you like snow, drive to New Mexico to the mountains. I live about 20 miles from San Antonio which is nice. It can hit around 35 degrees in the dead of winter here with a freeze here and there. IF we do manage to get some snow, maybe an inch or two, it's a major media event!

Well, it is supposed to warm up over the next couple of days here. 60 degrees, but raining. Then back to the cold again. Did any of you see The Day After Tomorrow? Putting any slight connections through with this weather?!

hey alyssa..... are you driving around in the factory tires that came with your vehicle? I am and they are pretty decent in the snow. I have no complaints when driving in 3+ inches of snow and have had plenty of control on the road. Still think i'm gonna buy snow tires next winter though, just to say I have them haha.

Yes I am still running through the factory tires. They're Michelin MXV4+ A/S. If those are what they came with from factory. I bought my car used...so who knows if they swapped out the tires for new ones at the dealership before I bought it.

Thosae were the ones that came on the GT / S (v6 full load versions ) http://www.michelinman.ca/catalog/tires/MichelinPilotMXM4.html?tiretype=2&tire=2

Think the ones you're talking about are these , Alyssa http://www.michelinman.ca/catalog/tires/MichelinEnergyMXV4Plus.html?tiretype=2&tire=4

They are a 1 mark under my O.E. Pilots for winter rating (mine 8 / yours 7) but remember that at - 15 deg. Celcius (in Ferenheit ???) they stop completely sticking !!!

Careful guys , 'cause it hurts when your brand new baby isn't anymore ! Wish you the best !
