It's always nice to put a face on a name you're talking to ; let me help the 'cause QUICK DESCRIPTION : (AS SOME IN MY SIGNATURE BELOW) 1) Name : Ron from Montreal Canada 2) Cars : See Signature Below 3) Trade/Skills/Passion : Truck Driver (10 wheeler/ 53' footers) , Part Time Amateur Drag Racer , Car Nut (can recognize every car in the rear view mirror at night, lol) so ask me whatever and you get a chance that I will know , including hands on basic mechanic knowledge through personal experience and research .... and I love photography This is my intro from New Member's section with Mazda 6 pics http://www.mazdaforum.com/m_6038/tm.htm Rare pictures of myself (poor web cam quality also) Thumbnail Image

Man I like this thread , it's nice to see each other and it makes us feel more closer eh ? I had tried to start a thread like that in the past with a suggestion but nobody bit the bait , glad here it's different . You're shy at first and then your glad you did it like we have so far ... hope ther will be more . I suggest we edit our postings and give a brief description of ourselves say , 1) where we come from (if not in sig.) 2) our ride (if not in signature) 3) and our trade/specialty skills/talent (for informal reference , say we need help with something . Ex. sstlaure is a Mazda mech. eng. for Ford/Mazda as well as babyhuey) This would be great when you forget who it was and you quickly check back here to ask your question to the right person ! How about it gang , let's do this and see what happens ;)) It will give more meaning and purpose to this section .... get to know each other a bit easier Check my posting ; I have edited it , you don't have to do it organized in the same way or you can for quick reference for everyone ... if you have suggestions or ideas do add them ... all the better

1) Patrick from Pittsburgh, PA..now living in Detroit, MI 2) My fiancee and I have a bunch of cars...a 2002 Dodge Stratus RT coupe, a 1983 Dodge Ramcharger, a 1994 Dodge Ram, a 1987 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z, a 1992 BMW 525i, a 1983 Dodge Mirada, built. We are currently looking around for an Evo, but it is on hold depending on what dodge offers with the new challenger. 3) I am unemployed. I have a degree in tax accounting with a minor in economics, a level 3 hockey coaching certification, I am licensed to possess explosives by the federal government, and in the last 6 years, I have worked as a technician, a college hockey coach, an accountant, a pyrotechnician, and a restarant manager. so pick your poison..i have an extensive resume, and no one will hire me...I currently do new car reviews, and some free lance writing. I was running on a small national drag racing series in the street eliminator class for the last 5 years, and my name/car has been in Mopar collectors guide, Mopar muscle, and national dragster magazine, but when I moved, the car stayed back home, so this was my first year since i turned 16 where i havent made at least 100-125 trips down the quarter mile in a summer..this year, i made 4..all in my slow DD or the bmw... i tacked a few pictures on to the end..i dont have any good shots of the daytona...
