Hello Folks, I have a 1992 Mazda 323. Could someone be so kind as to tell me where the manual transmission lug nut is which will allow for the transmission oil to be drained. Secondly, where is the "fill" nut so that I can add new oil??? Is this a hard procedure to perform? I don't have a lift only a jack. Any first hand experience knowledge would be appreciated. Regards, John

If you use 85W -140 you will have a hard time shifting gears, especially when it gets cold.

I got the same as you! By the way what is the life of these cars? Do many people have them over 200K. I don't see too many of these fine little cars around.

Actually, I found the problem! I followed the circuit from the O2 module to its connection point and noticed that an aftermarket sensor was used. In turn the circuit was spliced and it was at this point that the splice had come apart. Performed a simple re-wire and now I'm back up and running. MY 323 is nothing special. I got it back in Feburary of 2004 for $650 at an auto auction. Then I riped the back seats out and build a platform onto which I can transport packages and the like. Got a small B&W T.V. built into the cockpit too..... Only got one warning about it thus far...
