Hi, I own a 1998 Millenia. Yesterday the engine stopped running while at idle. In the fuse box (engine) the 30 amp fusible link for Fuel Injection was blown. I replaced it but the new one just blows again when I try to start the vehicle.

I have included a JPEG image of the wiring diagram and I'm trying to figure out if a defective fuel pump could cause this fusible link to blow.

Could someone a little more technical than me review the wiring diagram and let me know what you think may be the problem.

The 30amp Engine Injection link is in the upper left hand side of the diagram next to the battery between X-01 and X-02.
