Lopaka -> B-4000 running rough (12/13/2007 5:05:47 PM)

My B-4000 is a 1998 EMI 4x4 V-6.After changing the plugs,wires,coil pack and throttle positioning sensor,it still reads P0303 #3 cylinder missing on the OM2 code reader.What should I check next,I out of ideas.Is there another sensor to check ?
