I don't believe in brand reliance when choosing speakers and stereos, you gotta listen to them, with your preference of music playing.  If your into deep booming bass, you'll want to see how the speakers handle that ... if your into softer, more precise sounds, a different choice may be best.

I'm actually very happy with the factory stereo (the six speaker one that came in my M3).

Eclipse? I've heard OF them but know nothing about them.
Now Klipsch are very good higher-end speakers for the home.  I've heard them in various places from ppls homes to restaurants and they offer a really smooth range, but I do not know if they offer auto speakers.

I agree w/what UBM said, but in a store display situation speakers never sound the same as when you listen to them in your own environment either.  Sometimes a combination of store trial (A-B testing w/familiar material) and faith is what gets you there.

I cheated when I got mine, a friend had them in hs truck with the same Kenwood head unit so I knew basically what they were going to sound like.
As for the Eclipes, I have heard of it but to my knowlege have not heard it.

badassgurl....yeah, FUJI. Thay cant be all that bad. Are they free? And this vertical grill looks BMWish. I like those rims from the BMW 5 something, I think they'd look sweet on a m3h
