yea uh that motor mount has been out for a while...at protegegarage.com....they just had it labeled for the mazdaspeed, but since its the same motor the mount fits anyway. But congrats on the buy anyway.

lol haha your girlfriend will enjoy it. generally you have to go through it even if you really dont want to. just like when i first bought my car i couldnt surpass 4000 RPM and couldnt use my cruise control. which really sucked cuz i like cruise control. but think of it this way. after it you will feel alot better about it and wont have to worry about it unless something breaks

If it's any consolation SDeeD, my AWR (77 durometer) was pretty rough too.  It used to REALLY get on my nerves especially when the A/C was on, but it has settled down a bit now after 10K miles. The change over to the MS CAI seemed to help a lot w/that too.  To my surprise, that seemed to smooth out a lot of the engine vibration I was experiencing both before and after the AWR was installed.

thats the one they have on www.protegegarage.com . the AWR was reviewed and some claimed that it broke on them. it was took weak. thats y i decided on the SU mount. but 10k miles is LONG way to go to break in the mount. reviews told me that SU breaks in around or after 1k miles.

No problems w/breakage at all.  I don't know how it could unless there's a weak weld.
I may not have put quite that many miles on the mount yet either.  I'd have to check the records still on my other computer to be sure.  But the point was more that the CAI I only recently installed smoothed out my vib by quite a bit.  I noticed that right away.
