Off-topic, I know, but I love driving through Tennessee.  Beautiful country, and we just did that less than 2 weeks ago coming back to Texas from Pennsylvania.  If you live in the north east part of the state, we may have passed through your neck of the woods, as it were?

Still off Topic. You missed going by my house by about 25 miles as you were going through Knoxville.

As I recall, we went around Knoxville about 8PM Sunday night.

If you were on 640 you were 20 miles from the house, and I was at the house watching the Race around then.

Suggestion:  Shop around before you simply go to Pep Boys and buy into what may, or may not be such a good deal.

Siber, yeah that's what we were on all right.  I suck at navigating so my wife was directing us, and suggested we take the "alternate" route/loop.
Looking at the map now, and knowing that traffic wasn't bad at all when we went through, we should've just gone THROUGH Knoxville instead of looping around it.  Probably coulda' saved some miles and made better time in the long run.
Man, that's quite a loop and out of the way (too far north) for our purposes.

It did flurried here the other day Jamie

Actually virgin1 taking 640 probably saved you time, 40 is under construction and pretty screwed up going through town, and 640 is only 2 miles longer
