Hello, I have a mazda 323 1.3i HB from march 1994 and I have a problem.. This everning I was driving about 10 minutes to my destination and when I was there I saw that my engine was hot, My temperaturemeasure (sorry for my bad english) was over the 'H' off HOT. Tthe temparute of my motor is getting too high. When I stand on a parking or in heavy traffic for example, when the engien runs, it will get too hot. The cooling fan should run to cool down the engine, but it doesn't. The cooling liquid is ok and I have this problem since a few days When I came home my engin was not as hot as 20 minutes as before when I saw that but when I looked under the hood of my car I saw that the cooling fan didn't work. Even when he was hotter than normal.. What should I try to check to solve my problem? Are there any known problems for my car? We've also tried to check the cooling fan itself by shorting the cable to the cooling fan, but nothing happens. Maybe we did it wrong, with use of two screwdrivers into the plug, then shorting by put them against each other. Thanks in advance for the fast reactions..
