I have a 1993 mx3 GS with the 1.8 (K8) engine. I recently had a new distributor, distributor cap & plugs put on the car. Now the car has a hesitation after the engine warms up (while it's cold it runs fine). I took it back to the place that done the work & they reset the timing, checked out the engine & hooked it up on their computer. It didn't show anything. But I still have the engine flutter. At idle it acts like it's missing. When you accelerate it will flutter for a few seconds then take off. As long as you're accelerating you don't have a miss, but if you let up on the gas or try to maintain your speed you notice an engine miss.

Thanks for any help,
Thomas
