Main thing at 60k miles is the timing belt. If it still has the original, you should seriously consider a new one. Supercharger is a Lysholm compressor and requires no maintenance.

The 60,000 mile service on the Millenia S is very extensive. If you have the owners manual it will list the things recommended. The spark plugs are due for replacement, valve adjustment is also due, the timing belt is advised at 60 unless vehicle was initially registered in CA, NY, NJ,RI, PA, NH, MA, D.C., and a few other states. Then it is recommended at 105k. I would say replace at 90k would be fairly safe. Coolant change and auto trans flush should also be considered it the fluids are dirty and a good brake check would not hurt since you are the new owner. Fuel filter is never recommended for replace according to Mazda but we all know that 60k is a lot of fuel thru it and would not be a bad idea.
