I would think any warranty on your HU might be void, should something go wrong, but speakers?  They're OEM junk anyway.  Who cares? When I turn volume up too loud it cuts all speakers out- are the factory speakers blown, and if so, does that have an affect on the subs being run by the factory speakers?
