im working on an 87 rx7. i get no power to the fuel pump or starter. we have swaped ecu's to no prevail, and hooked the two problems strait to the battery so we know there not bad. is there a rollover switch? has anybody had this problem before? fixed it? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

I would start at the ignition switch. Also drivers side under the hood at the firewall is the main relay which powers the ECU ouputs,however it will not effect the starter circuit. If it is an A/T it has an inhibitor switch attached to the trans which the starter circuit goes through.
