RE: mazda 3 rims - 5/31/2007 8:53:30 AM    dentinger Posts: 1518 Joined: 10/14/2006 Status: offline it really isnt that hard... for the bolt pattern, you need 114.3x5 the 114.3 is the distance across the bolts the 5 is the number of bolts. for the offset, i believe you need around a +48 or so.... but your local tuning shop would be able to help you on that one (in reply to MazdaN00b) Post #: 4

RE: mazda 3 rims - 5/31/2007 12:45:37 PM    virgin1 Posts: 4969 Joined: 3/15/2007 Status: online 114.3mm = 4.5".  OEM offset for a 3 is +52.5mm POSITIVE.  Stick within +/-5mm of that and you'll be OK.  Get too far south of that (45, 42, 40, 38) and your handling will suffer. Remember, it's 5mm on ONE side of the car.  10mm for both, etc.....
