I'm happily zooming around in my newly acquired '05 Mazda 3 SP. Does anyone know how to make it arm and disarm without sounding the horn? The dealer says it only arms with the horn sounding but there must be a way... I also want to trade the snazzy wheels and low profile tires with the factory versions if anyone wants something more flashy than the regular wheels. Cheers

you could find the wiring that links the alarm to the horn and cut it. i wouldn't recommend it though. could cause problems with the wiring further down the line.

Thanks. I might need to try something less permanent!! I was hoping there'd be a way to reprogram the transmitter.
