I checked both of the bulbs and they are good and also the fuse which is also good.  I have no back up lights at all.  B2500  1998.  Is there a relay or a switch?  Any ideas on how to get them working??

Thanks!

There is not a relay for the reverse lights.
Do you have a manual transmission or automatic?
On the manual transmission the reverse light switches are somewhat common to fail. It is located on the top part of the transmission just to the left of gear shift lever and above the oil fill plug. Try disconnecting and jumper across connector with key on and if lights now work you know you have a bad switch.
In the auto trans application the reverse light switch is in the range sensor.
