Cutting to the chase, this is what our first offering will look like. This particular pair of A-Pillar replacements/upgrades is for our Tacoma demo truck. The models we make for the 3 will look identical in shape and stitch patterns. We don't have pricing available yet; we are getting a custom 80mm midrange made in Germany. The tweeter is developed and going into production as we speak. It is a 28mm unit with rear venting via 8) 1/8" diameter vents in the voice coil gap. Fs is 500Hz for those that are that into it. We'll be pairing up with the moderators to set up a group buy. An identical unit will be made for the 6 and possibly others if interest is high enough.
A-Pillars:

If these interest you, please let me know by emailing me at steve@ddaudio.com with 'Mazda A-Pillars' in the subject line. Please tell all of your forum friends, no matter which model of Mazda they have. We are interested in supplying custom pillars for every make and model that has enough feedback. Many other vehicles are already done, we are now just waiting on the midrange R&D and then production will begin.

Thanks folks,

/steve
