What is the ohm reading for the throttle position sensor -  929 Mazda 1994  .   Which 2 pins do I put the test leads on?    Has 4 pins top (close to hood)  bottom (close to manifold).  Reason for adjustment: I loosened the 2 screws on the sensor and moved it.  Do not know if it is back where it was.  Put it back close, but car did not shift right around 50mph.  Loosened screw and moved it again.  Shifts okay, but would like to know how to get it back as it was before I moved it first time.   Thanks, Rooster2

Adjustment of the TP is actually done by voltage but normal range is too great for proper adjustment. You actually want to set the adjustment of the idle switch. Unplug the TP and hook up your ohmmeter to the two pins that would have the Black w/ light green stripe wire and Brown w/ black strip wire hooked up to them if connector was plugged in. You should have continuity thru these two pins with throttle closed. Now put a .004" feeler gauge between the throttle lever and throttle stop screw. You should still have continuity. Replace the .004" feeler gauge with a .008" and you should have no continuity. Adjust the TP as needed to get those results and you will be right back to OE setting.
