I have a 92 B2600 4x4 reg. cab 5spd. When the fuel level is right above "E", and when I fill up the tank from there, only at most 11 gallons of gas will go in. Also the fuel gauge would only read a little above 3/4 of a tank. Checked the fuel tank and there is no damage. Has anyone had this problem before?  Not a big concern, but just would like to know if it will hold more fuel.  Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

no real problem but it is a faulty sending unit possibly the float in the tank more than likely the actual guage in the dash if you run a jumper wire into the harness and jump the power and return wire together the guage shoot shoot up to full. Sounds like a faulty feul guage to me
