Hello just been catching up with the latest complaints on thewhole site!!   wow so many anyway  I had a crunching noise back last year and after mazda putting new front roll bar things on and stuff have had a lovely summer free from crunches and stuff!!!!

But autumn is here and have noticed the noises returning and if i say so i think they are worse than before!! even though im driving down the same roads as i was in summer!! so im putting it down to the car having arthritus or something  hahaha  no really im gonna take this up with the dealer again and see what they say!!!!

Just wondered if anyone else has started with this car arthritus!! i mean the crunching noise again now its getting cold and wet again????

I hadn't been around here lately and didn't think this was a mass problem until reading this thread. Mine started making the noise in the middle of summer, however, making it a problem outside of cold weather--and I'm in Tennessee. It could be an "extreme weather" problem, though, given that we had temps well over 100. My car was also, if memory serves me correctly, produced after the given production dates on that TSB.  I took it in and they replaced bushings (early September 07) and all was great--until TODAY. I'm noticing the sound again, but not quite as bad as the first time (yet). I'll get back to the dealer but hopefully a more permanent solution is found this time.
