hey i heard that i could put a stock 626 turbo or a probe gt turbo and bolt it on my 89 b2200 no fab work needed... so what all do i need to get out of the car i would get this from(turbo manifold, exhaust, head, intake system...??) is this true

All I know for sure is the header will not just bolt in.  Those cars are FWD.

so if you could guess what turbo manifold would fit on it would the head fit also??

As far as I can tell, you will have to get one custom fabbed.  I am considering it for my '84 B2000, and this is the best option I see.

i dont think you will have much luck with any fwd stuff fitting
ive seen a lot of conversions people do on japanese cars like that
and the turbo always ends up in the wrong/or bad spot like being pushed up
against the brake master cylinder th trucks have alot of room in them though
all has to be mocked up to tell wouldnt hurt to try if u own everything
