RE: whats the cost of changing low beams at dealer?? - 1/11/2007 12:30:28 AM    everythingzen   Posts: 85 Joined: 1/8/2006 Status: offline hey calamity, funny you should ask that.....i just took my 6 to the dealership today and one of the things i'm having done is having the bulbs replaced for the fog, parking and  sidemarker lights......and it was all COVERED under the WARRANTY!!!! gotta love that!!!! i bought my '05 6 brand new with the 4yr/50k mile warranty and it rocks.... & i still have another 2yrs or 20k miles to go!!!! is yours still under warranty? if so.....its totally covered man, check it out!!!!! I dont want to pay an arm and a leg just to get them changed (in reply to everythingzen) Post #: 3

RE: whats the cost of changing low beams at dealer?? - 1/13/2007 12:07:23 AM    everythingzen   Posts: 85 Joined: 1/8/2006 Status: offline oh yeah, all the bulbs i got replaced had burned out..... thats why they were replaced under warranty. they could've replaced them with some silverstars but then when they (eventually) burned out they wouldn't have replaced them for free because silverstars aren't covered under the manufacturer's warranty. hey calamity, what year is your 6 & how did you replace the bulbs??!?!?!?!?!? i would definetly prefer sticking some silverstars in there!!!
