I just bought a MX6 and the transmission revs high before going into 3rd gear, kicking in @ 5000 RPM. The 3rd gear revs to about 5000-6000 RPMs, but never redlines OR goes to 4th gear. Could this be an ECU computer issue or does the tranny need replacement? Please need to knoe ASAP. Wanna get this car going so i can get sick with it.
