Try figuring out what offset you currently have on there.

You need to know the overall width of the rim (might be stamped or cast into the back of the wheel, of just measure from outside bead (OB) to inside bead (IB). Then measure from the mounting surface (MS) to the inside bead (IB). Divide the overall width by 2, then subtract the measurement of MB from that.

So......
Measure IB to OB = X
Then divide by 2...... X/2
Then Measure MS to IB = Y

(X/2)-Y= offset.

Hint: Zero offset means the mounting surface of the wheel is exactly in the middle of the rim (If 6" wide wheel, you would have 3" of rim inside and 3" of rim outside of the mounting surface. If the number is negative, then there is more rim to the inside of the mounting surface than the outside.
