Does the fuse blow before or after trying to turn on the headlights? The reason for asking is to help determine what side of the switch the problem is in. Have you tried to unplug the headlight bulbs and see if the short is there? It is possible for the elements inside the bulb to short together and blow a fuse.

Thanks bkey 71, for your time and reply, I can double check the headlight bulbs and see any visual indication and problem, but when I put head fuse it just blow, on switching headlight. I was driving car from work to home, I tried to adjust the headlight beam down ward by a mechanical rotary switch, next thing happened headlights gone. I looked another web site for info and one kind person left the headlight wiring circuit. I suspect might be headlight relay developed fault and causing this. I am not sure what is the location of this relay as well; it should be under the bonnet some where. I will check the head lamp and will comeback to you and rest of members. Regards
