Hi All,
we have a Millenia-S 2002 and it seems to run warm. The guage is about 4/10ths up so it is just under half-way. All fluids are fine, so I'm wondering if the miller engine runs a bit hotter in general conditions. My wife drives it so I know she keeps the RPM's down. I also believe I've smelled burning rubber from time to time while driving the car. It isn't constant, and again, when I look around, I don't see anything strange. The car has 52K miles. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
Thanks.

sounds normal to me. if the car is too cold, the ecu will think it is still in cold start/warmup phase, and will run rich. emissions will be higher, and there will be a loss in performance.
