It is very uncommon for a front wheel speed sensor to fail mostly when this occurs it is the left rear speed sensor/abs sensor

have you tried ajusting the e-brake screw thats right beside the lever. Or changing your rear brakes. there is also an adjustment screw on the back side of the caliper.

I too have a constant ABS light and brake light. Float, fluid and 60 amp fuse are OK. All brakes pads have minimal wear and the e-brake contact operates correctly. Read the post @ pulling the flashing trouble codes for ABS problems. I had 2 codes, 13 and 47. Could you pass along what I am looking at? Thanks.
