hey everyone
I just wanted to get some insight from some mazda owners about hi-boost turbo kits.

I'm a focus owner and by looking at the hi-boost website they make a few different products for mazda.

Just wanted to see what anyone had to say about hi-boost products, are they reliable, is the company easy to work with, good bag for the buck, had problems .... please share if you own any products or delt with or know anything about them.

thanks
Zack

i've had my setup for almost a year now, biggest issue for me has been how addicting it is. outside of that i'm very happy with it.

hold out a month or so and Ricardo from F2 will be handling some of the HiBoost stuff, and he's easier to get a hold of than Juan who runs HiBoost in most cases. you can hit up F2 with questions also, i'm also on FocalJet if that's easier to get answers through as well.

Juan and HiBoost rock.

Pricey, yes, but the quality is top-notch. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait. When HiBoost is busy you may wait a while.

Hi-boost took some time to get in contact with, they sent the kit, with out the turbo, but everything got straighten out and now I got it. As of right now the kit is being installed on my car and will be done in a few weeks, ill post pics later.
BE WARNED!!! when you by the kit you WILL need new injectors, and fuel pump or you will not be able to run over 10psi or you will starve the engine and that will cause alot of pain for you and your wallet.

i'm guessing you are talking about the Protege kit possibly?

the kits for the 3 & 6 come with 36lb injectors, good for enough until you have to build your engine up.  i've run plenty on the stock pump on my 6 without ever having an issue.
