I'm having a problem with my audio unit in my 2001 MPV. The tape deck ate one of my tapes and I couldn't eject the tape. So I took out the audio unit and removed the CD player from the top so I could get to the Cassette deck inside. I took out the tape and put the unit back together. Problem is that now none of the buttons on the face of the unit works. Time is displayed so I know it isn't the 10A fuse in the fuse box (plus I already replaced that). Is there a fuse or a battery or something else that could be wrong? Is it possible that when I removed the face plate that it cleared the unit and some magic button sequence is needed to reactivate it? Any ideas is greatly appreciated. Rgds, R

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question, but you might have an answer for me. What steps are required to remove the stereo from dash? Thanks
