that gets a little complicated. there are these things called blow through boxes. i have seen them used on big chevys with throttle bodies. not sure how well they would work on carbs though. they are almost always custom built and they are just boxes that mount on the carbs. you will also need a pressure sensitive fuel regulator and the parts of the build that aren't custom will probably involve extensive mods to existing parts.

we turboed my buddies 350 with a 100mm turbo out of a cat, you do need to make a blow through carb, then you run an oil line and return and make the manifold for the turbo with the header, you mount the tubo and hook it up to the vaccum lines and put the blow off valve on the carb, then you put the wastegate in the manifold. there is way more to it but you have the general idea. go to www.youtube.com type in :100mm trans am, and click on his name and you can look at all his videos.
