hi all newbie here in need of help!!!!

hi I have a mazda 5 sport diesel and the other day the turbo failed whilst driving so now im trying to find out as much as possible to help me find a new turbo core so unless some one can tell me what core I need then the other things that would help is

engine code?
make of turbo?
