Default Engine Light - Bunch of Code.

I bought old Mazda 6 2006/ 245,000 ODO then its showed me engine light when i did the scan it showing bunch of code as per below.
B1342
B1318
B1869
P0131
P2237
P2251

For the code B1342,1318,1869 they all seem to be major but for the code P0131,P2237 and P2251 i am planning to do some thing because its affect my mileage very badly like i am getting close to 10km/Liter, It's a 2.0 liter petrol engine with auto tranny in it.

P0131-FF- H02S - Heated Oxygen sensor right upstream circuit out of range voltage
P2237-FF - Heated Oxygen sensor, sensor positive current control circuit open Bank 1, sensor 1

P2251-FF - Heated Oxygen sensor, sensor negative current control circuit open Bank 1, sensor 1

My car is having two sensor upstream and downstream after thousand of search i need to change upstream sensor which is Lfh1-18-g1B. Is my understanding is correct also i am going to sensor this from China instead of local market because they are charging close to USD 258/- but from china iam getting only 55$

Any expert could help on this. If i change the sensor can i get fuel gain or not.

10ltrs / 100kms isn't bad fuel economy for around town/city driving. Highway driving should get about 8.5 ltrs/100kms.

Guys

Finally i changed the sensor and its closet to main fold as per mr.grim_reaper comment. Now engine light is not there and i can notice below changes.

Engine is more quiet now
I can feel little more power
Accelerator pedal, i need to press more when compared previously.
Finally fuel consumption seems to be more as the fuel needle comes quickly down. i didn't made any calculation now once low fuel indicator is on i will make my calculation.
