air conditioning fan speed

I have a 2003 6s. I swear the air conditioning used to blow much faster when it was new. Even on high it feels like it isn't blowing very much. It's cold just not fast. What could cause that?

I don't think it has ever been replaced.

Thats what probably blocked with crud & restricting the air flow.
