Default Reflection from silver center panel

Anyone else bugged by the reflection from the portion of center panel just above the buttons and below the screen? When the sun shines just right onto it, it's almost blinding to look at the clock/radio. Any quick fixes or options for this? I'm thinking about throwing some clear matte tape on it. Might look like crap though.

Hope Mazda can improve that in the upcoming models.

I have thought about taking those silver plastic parts off and having them painted black... wife won't let me do it though.

Yeah, I suspect it will be a different colour in future years.
