I would think they would still replace the wheels, however, they may not replace the scuffed one. If the only wheel with the pitting is the scuffed one, you just may be out of luck... worth a try though, cant hurt to head over to your dealer and ask. The worst that can happen is they will say no.

Triplet Man, I don't think you should have any problem - when my car was lovely and new and shiney - I'd had it about a week, I BADLY misjudged the turning circle and banged the nearside front wheel into an abnormaly high kerb, making a heck of a mess. I felt absolutely sick, I can tell you. Since then I've managed minor scuffs on two other wheels. It was never mentioned when they replaced the wheels.
(Since my wife can't drive, I've had to own up to damaging the wheels myself!!)
I'm extra careful now I've got the new wheels!!
