2010 Mazda 5 Warning Beep noise While Driving
My 2010 Mazda 5 recently developed a random warning beep noise while driving. It went on and off randomly without specific pattern. It sounded as if you have kept your key in accessory position while parked with driver side door open. Checked everything in good position according to the owner manual, including all the doors, driver and passenger seat belts latched in, gas tank cap locked solid, tire air at spec of 32psi. In a word, there is no accompanied warning light on other than the beep noise. Any idea?

Had the mystery beeps on my 2015 CX9 GT. They occurred when approaching random intersections. First car with Navi. Come to find out whilst I was poking around the settings, I turned on the red light camera warning signal. So, I get a beep when nearing or even when passing over protected intersections on a freeway. May not be what you have but we both have/had a "mystery beep."

No light or notice pops up. Just the beep. I took it to the dealer when I first started hearing the beep and the manager didn't know what it was. I think someone on the forum lead me to review my settings on the navi and sure enough, I had turned on the alert. We don't have that many red light camera intersections but I left it on just in case.

Not a single "Hey Dummy" light? Usually a beep is accompanied by some sort of warning light. Blind Spot mirrors? Take mental note of when it happens and see if you can't figure out a pattern of some sort.
